Job Application Text Message Communications 

When you apply for employment opportunities at Midwest Salt, you may choose to receive text message (SMS) communications from us regarding your job application. This notice explains how we use your mobile phone number and manage your consent for SMS communications. 

Please note: You may provide this consent through our career portal, or through third-party job application platforms such as Indeed.com or LinkedIn.com where our open positions are posted. Regardless of where you submit your application, your consent applies to text message communications from Midwest Salt. 

What You’re Consenting To 

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our job application form, you agree to receive text messages from Midwest Salt’s recruiting team about your employment application. These messages may include: 

  • Confirmation that we received your application 
  • Interview scheduling and reminders 
  • Requests to check your email for important application information 
  • Updates about your application status 
  • Other communications related to the hiring process 

Message frequency will vary based on your application status but typically ranges from 2-5 messages per applicant. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
