Sales Tax Exempt and Reseller Info
We do work with many sales tax exempt and reseller organizations. Midwest Salt is required by the Illinois Department of Revenue to maintain records proving its non-sales tax customers are exempt or reselling the goods. If you meet the requirements as a sales tax exempt organization fax us your exempt certificate. If you are a reseller of goods send us your state’s certificate of resale. Upon receipt of either form we will remove the sales tax from your order. Please contact us if you have any questions.
